2013 debut album With Everything In Between showed it was Safe To Say that this post-hardcore band were definite contenders. That is reaffirmed by new mini-album Hiding Games, one that quickly led to a record deal with noted U.S. label Side One Dummy (it is out on New Damage north of the border). Focus track "Summer Sickness" boasts a strong dynamic range, rock-solid playing and potent production. The EP was three months in the making, and the attention to detail paid off.
Safe To Say are in the midst of a North American tour with Young and Heartless. Upcoming shows include Toronto's Sneaky Dee's on Aug. 14th and Riot Fest Toronto on Sept. 19-20.
