Panic Attack

New EP Panic Attack is the follow-up to Rococode's acclaimed 2012 debut album Guns, Sex & Glory, and it represents another strong outing from the male/female synth-pop duo (plenty of those around these days). The title cut is catchy and melodic (it is also given a cool HUMANS remix here), while they go a little deeper on "Banks". We also dig their inventive remake of INXS classic "Never Tear Us Apart". The EP is co-produced with finesse by Caleb Shreve (Phantogram, Bear Hands) and Ted Gowans (Tegan and Sara, Fences), in a remote BC cabin/studio. Look for a new full-length in February 2016.

Rococode have multiple CMJ gigs in NYC, Oct. 14-17, including an #ImagineOct20th show. They have a Western tour in November. Check their site for details.
