Vida Eterna

Just earlier this year, Toronto-based shoegazing catharsis rock duo Moon King released Secret Life, a hazy, psychedelic and sprawling full-length effort, which helped clue in a wider fanbase to their talents. Now they’re about to embark on a national tour with Boise Idaho-bred dream pop act Youth Lagoon, and they’ll release a limited edition EP to mark the occasion. Vida Eterna contains two previously unreleased tracks, the dense and overdriven “Mercury” and the dream-like title track, as well as an 11-minute live continuous version of Secret Life standout “Apocalypse” blended with “Roswell”. Along with the news of the EPs release came the unveiling of a new joyriding music vid for the studio version of “Roswell”, directed by Grimes’ brother Mac Boucher.
