We Are the Cure - Single

Toronto-based pop-rock songsmith Walter Senko deservedly earned praise for last year's mini-album From A Liar. He is now releasing one of its tracks, "We Are The Cure", as a charity single and video. The song was produced and co-written by Sum 41's Cone McCaslin, and inspired by Rob Dyer of Skate4Cancer, who appears in the video. A portion of the sales from the anthemic pop-rock single will go to Wellspring Cancer Support Network. As well as being for a fine cause, the song stands on its own merits as a catchy piano-fuelled pop-rock cut a mite suggestive of Ben Folds.
