Video of the moment

Every week we select a music video by a Canadian group or artist who have recently been reviewed by our editorial team. If you'd like to suggest a video for consideration, you can send us a message using this form.

The countdown to the May 12 release of the new Chromeo album, White Women, has begun. Our favourite disco revivalists are already riding high with a series of singles from it, the most recent being "Jealous (I Ain't With It)". In his review NCM's Noah Siegel termed the song "a bit on the poppier side, and charged with ultra-potent hooks". The official video clip has racked up a mighty impressive 665k YouTube views, and momentum has been further boosted with their recent version of the song on Jimmy Kimmel Live. The live clip confirms that the duo are fun and energetic in performance. The track is as catchy as Ebola (and much more pleasant), and it's being called potentially "the song of the summer". It sounds like a hit from the disco daze of summer '76, but will still sound great on your party mix for the summer of '14!
